Custom Operational Software
Software shaped around the way the business actually works.
Custom AI systems
Built for
the problem.
We design custom AI systems for complex decisions and operations.
Software shaped around your business.Intelligence shaped around your decisions.
01 / POSITION
Generic software starts with a product.
We start with the problem.
Most software is built around generalized assumptions. Real businesses contain specific workflows, constraints, people, and edge cases.
02 / CAPABILITIES
One system.
Four connected layers.
Decision Intelligence
AI that uses business context, data, rules, and human judgment to support or make decisions.
System Integration
Connect fragmented tools, databases, documents, APIs, and workflows.
Intelligent Execution
Systems that can move from understanding to action, not just generate recommendations.
03 / BUSINESS REALITY MAP
Understand the reality.
Change what happens next.
Businesses are not made of isolated tools. They are made of relationships between people, information, decisions, constraints, and actions.
Clinamen builds systems that understand those relationships and help move the business forward.

04 / APPROACH
Start with
reality.
UNDERSTAND
We begin with the business problem, not a predetermined product or technology.
DESIGN
We model the workflow, decisions, data, constraints, and people involved.
BUILD
We create and integrate the system that best solves the problem.
05 / PHILOSOPHY
CLINAMEN
A clinamen is a deviation from a predetermined trajectory — the possibility of another path.
Understand the logic. Question the assumed. Stay open to another path.
PEOPLE
Built with people we trust.
FOUNDER-LED
Mengmeng Wu
Founder & AI Systems Engineer
Mengmeng has worked across different industries and business environments, solving practical problems with software, data, automation, and AI systems.
At Clinamen, she stays close to the problem, the system design, the important decisions, and the delivery.
TRUSTED NETWORK
Clinamen stays deliberately small.
When a project needs deeper engineering, specialist expertise, or additional delivery capacity, we work with a trusted network of engineers and specialists we know personally through long-term professional and community relationships.
They go deep in their technical domains, bringing the right expertise to each problem.
We choose people for judgment, integrity, ownership, reliability, and their ability to get difficult work done.
Clinamen remains responsible for the client relationship, the work, and the outcome.
